It also allows adequate record of current and past medications, possible future medications. Some people wish to access their dental records, particularly if they are choosing to see another dentist, for example if they move away from the area, or just find someone they are more comfortable with. In this instance, I am happy to forward a copy of your records to your next dentist, after a “patient request for treatment records to be sent to another dentist” is signed and filled out.
Correction to your Personal Information
If you need to update your personal information, I am happy to do this at your next dental visit in person.
7to7dentist.com offers a unique service to our patients, to allow their payment for dental treatment to be spread over a period of time.
NONE of this information is stored or is visible to ANYONE at 7to7dentist.com, it is entirely handled by eWay and AfterPay.
We use eWay and AfterPay that collects and encrypts credit card numbers, so they can then be billed each month, allowing small payments to be made.
It is the policy of 7to7dentist.com not to issue refunds. In the case of treatment that has failed, a credit may occasionally be offered towards future treatment as an act of goodwill. For example, a tooth may have a large amalgam restoration placed. The tooth or the restoration may fail soon after it is placed, which now requires a crown. In some situations, the cost of the crown will be discounted by the cost of the initial restoration.
Vouchers and competitions
7 to 7 Dentist reserves the right to accept no responsibility for the food nor prize offered/won. 7 to 7 Dentist requests the winner to have their picture taken with staff to load to the web/social media. 7 to 7 Dentist will not refund nor exchange for gratuities nor cash any voucher/winnings offered/won

In your purchase of products from 7 to 7 Dentist, you agree to be bound under the Terms of Sale effective at the time of your purchase and all terms incorporated by reference. Should you not agree to all of these terms, do not make any purchases from 7 to 7 Dentist. 7 to 7 Dentist Pty Ltd (“7 to 7 Dentist”, “we” or “us”) make products available for purchase via our websites, mobile applications (“App”) and other products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Your purchase of any products through these is governed by these Terms of Sale (“Terms”) and your use of the Services is governed by our Terms of Service Terms and Conditions (available via the Service). We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make changes to these Terms, notice will be provided such as through sending you a notification, providing notice through the Services or by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Availability and Pricing
A variety of non-reloadable digital Gift Cards, codes and/or vouchers (collectively, “Gift Cards”) are offered for purchase through our Services. All Gift Cards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or any part of an order and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice and the price charged will be the price set out on the Service at the time of your order. The minimum price of a Gift Card sold via 7 to 7 Dentist is $50 and the maximum price of a Gift Card sold is $500 (subject to 7 to 7 Dentist) If you purchase multiple Gift Cards on a single day, the total amount that you purchase on all the cards cannot exceed $10,000. Gift Cards purchased through 7 to 7 Dentist are available for use with the 7 to 7 Dentist at 36 Cary St, Wyoming NSW, Australia and will not be available for use in or sending to recipients in other countries. Please consult the 7 to 7 Dentist Gift Card wall via the Service (as defined below) terms and conditions, 7 to 7 Dentist do not support and are not liable for the use of Gift Cards outside of Australia.
From time to time we may offer other special promotions intended to provide you an incentive to purchase 7 to 7 Dentist Gift Cards and/or to encourage you to get others to do so. The applicable rules will be posted on the Site in or near the description of each such promotion and/or competition. We reserve the right to interpret these rules in our sole discretion, and you hereby agree to our interpretation.
The expiration date for a Gift Card is 6 months from the purchase date of the Gift Card. Please refer to the expiry date to ensure you redeem your Gift Card in the allocated time frame. 7 to 7 Dentist is not responsible for users to redeem their Gift Card before the expiration date.
Unless otherwise stated by 7 to 7 Dentist, Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Each Gift Card purchased by you will be listed as a separate Gift Card. By way of reference, in the event that you purchase two Gift Cards from the same 7 to 7 Dentist, your wallet will reflect two Gift Cards, as opposed to one Gift Card with the value of the two Gift Cards purchased. 7 to 7 Dentist may, in its sole discretion and under guidance by relevant laws, from time to time implement a limit on the value of Gift Cards that may be stored in the 7 to 7 Dentist wallet at any one time.
7 to 7 Dentist is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. 7 to 7 Dentist is not responsible if any Gift Card is rendered unsuitable for redemption through no fault of 7 to 7 Dentist. Help is at hand and you can email us at help at info@7to7Dentist.com.
7 to 7 Dentist Terms and Liability
Gift Cards that you purchase through our Services are issued by participating third-party 7 to 7 Dentists (“7 to 7 Dentists”). Your purchase of each Gift Card is governed by certain terms and conditions established by the issuing 7 to 7 Dentist in addition to these Terms. 7 to 7 Dentists set expiration dates for Gift Cards in addition to other restrictions and requirements. Please review all applicable 7 to 7 Dentists’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any Gift Card. If you have questions relating to the applicable 7 to 7 Dentist terms, please contact the issuing 7 to 7 Dentist. As the issuers of Gift Cards, 7 to 7 Dentists (and not 7 to 7 Dentist) are fully responsible for all aspects of their Gift Card programs. 7 to 7 Dentists are responsible for all liabilities and costs suffered by you or any other party caused – directly or indirectly – by the 7 to 7 Dentist or their products or services. We have no obligation to resolve any dispute between you and any 7 to 7 Dentist. 7 to 7 Dentist endeavours to work with reputable 7 to 7 Dentists, however 7 to 7 Dentist holds no liability for the sale of products or services provided to you by a 7 to 7 Dentist. In purchasing a Gift Card from an issuing 7 to 7 Dentist, you waive and release 7 to 7 Dentist and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a 7 to 7 Dentist. Following the purchase of a Gift Card, 7 to 7 Dentist shall not be responsible or liable to you in the event a 7 to 7 Dentist discontinues its Gift Cards or is unable to or refuses to redeem a Gift Card (including for reasons of their insolvency, external administration or forced closure), Neither 7 to 7 Dentist nor any 7 to 7 Dentist is responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
7 to 7 Dentist Smart eGift Card
The 7 to 7 Dentist Smart eGift Card allows users to buy and send a non-reloadable value onto the 7 to 7 Dentist Smart eGift Card which can be exchanged for another 7 to 7 Dentist Gift Card available on the 7 to 7 Dentist Service for the same amount. If you purchase multiple 7 to 7 Dentist Smart eGift Cards on a single day, the total amount that you load on all the cards may not exceed $10,000. There are no fees associated with the 7 to 7 Dentist Smart eGift Card. 7 to 7 Dentist Smart eGift Cards have a 36-month expiry date for users to exchange 7 to 7 Dentist Gift Cards of their choice. Once the new 7 to 7 Dentist Gift Card(s) has been selected new expiry dates will be set and terms and conditions apply to the specific 7 to 7 Dentist Gift Cards chosen. 7 to 7 Dentist Smart eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash and no refunds will be provided for 7 to 7 Dentist Smart eGift Cards (except as required by law). References to “Smart eGift Card” are also taken to refer to the “7 to 7 Dentist Swap Card” as names are used interchangeably.
Accepted forms of payment are credit cards (a “Card”) for example Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Unless indicated otherwise, the purchase of Gift Cards will be fully billed at the time the Gift Card is issued to you. 7 to 7 Dentist uses a third-party PCI compliant payment processor and we do not hold any financial information. If your payment cannot be verified, is invalid or otherwise unacceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
When you attempt to store a card to be charged later, our payment processor may send over a request to your issuing bank for either a $0 or a $1 authorisation to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow it to be authorised. Our payment processor will first attempt a $0 authorisation. If the $0 authorisation fails, they will then attempt a $1 authorisation. Regardless of whether or not the authorisation is accepted or declined, we reverse the amount immediately. Some people may still see an authorisation for $1 on their credit card statement. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from your statement. Depending on the bank, it will be removed in anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.
Gift Cards are free of GST. GST or other taxes are not accounted for until the cards are used to purchase goods. These may be charged separately by the applicable 7 to 7 Dentist at the time of purchase.
Gift Card Activation
All Gift Cards sold via our Services are already activated at time of purchase. Activated Gift Cards will be available within approximately 30 seconds however additional time may be required for certain activations. If your Gift Card has not been activated within five minutes, please contact us at info@7to7Dentist.com. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours for activation to occur, we appreciate your patience.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on Gift Cards.
A re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Cards is not available or where otherwise required by law. If you seek a return or refund please info@7to7Dentist.com with the reason for your request and proof of purchase for us to review. If any value on a Gift Card has been spent we are unable to process a return or refund unless required to by law. 7 to 7 Dentist is not responsible for the refund of purchase price or return of any products purchased from 7 to 7 Dentist.7 to 7 Dentist reserved all rights to refuse service to any aggressive, violent and unsafe person. 7 to 7 Dentist policy is to refuse a return or refund in any circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card. If you lose your mobile device please contact us immediately so we can put a hold on your account. If someone has partially or fully redeemed your Gift Card(s) while your mobile device is lost or stolen, 7 to 7 Dentist shall not be liable.
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card, except to the extent to which there has been negligence by us. Protect your Gift Card information by viewing it in privacy to ensure no one views and records your Gift Card information. We strongly encourage all users to have a passcode on your mobile device.
Excluded Users and Territories
You are not permitted to purchase products or services from 7 to 7 Dentist if you are: Located in, under the control of, a national or resident of any country to which Australia has embargoed goods or services; or Identified as a “Specially Designated National”; or Placed on any Australian export control list. Or not in Australia, or not able to get to our clinic.
